Is paying for a gender & 3D ultrasound worth it?

I'm not sure when they can usually tell the gender for sure but I have a non medical clinic that I contacted that can guarantee the gender, and throw in a 3D ultrasound at 30 weeks for 240$. Is it worth it?

Depends on your finances and budget. Not worth it to me. Lot of money to see my bean for a couple min and yes you can leave with a cd of it or pictures.  But in 10 short weeks u will have baby in ur arms. Just me tho. I only do ultrasounds from dr and that's it. We usually save all our money for new baby and everything. Just us tho. If u have the extra money and it's important to you go for it! I'm sure the images will b awesome! Have u price shopped around to see if that is the cheapest one also? I thought they were way cheaper then that.

My first ultrasound that I had done at the doctors office they couldn't tell me the gender because she was turned the wrong way. My husband paid for me to get the 4d ultrasound for Christmas to find out we were having a girl. It only cost $100 for 60 minutes and came with a cd and colored photos. I would see if you can find it cheaper somewhere and if you have the extra money it is definitely worth it.

Not  sure your area,  but we have groupons all the time for 3d/4d ultrasounds abou5 40$

My brother-in-law got one of his son and I don't think it was worth it and he himself said it was a waist. But that is completely up to you.

I had them done and loved it. If you can afford it then I'd say go for it. It's awesome. I have soo many ultrasound pictures of my son they're cool to look back at.
