gestational diabetes/preeclampsia

I haven't been diagnosed with either yet.. However my last couple visits my blood pressure has been high. I go tomorrow morning to have my blood pressure taken again. Last week I had some tests done not sure if they will have the results tomorrow or not.. I'm only 24 weeks.. And have been worrying myself.. If you've dealt with it.. What were some of your problems.. What can you do up control it? Seems to me it's a girl thing.. I didn't have any problems with my son until the day I delivered him! 😩
