Early Pregnancy Symptoms?!?

Question

I had light spotting yesterday and today I have cramping, not too bad but noticeable. I am 4 weeks pregnant. Can someone tell me if this has happened to you? I stopped spotting just the cramping. Could the cramping be because I had a transvaginal ultrasound?

Pretty sure it's just implantation. I had spotting up to 7 weeks
