Random period blood!!!!

Okay so today was supposed to be my last period day, and this morning I woke up to a clean pad. So I took it off and went about my day. I even had a hot make out sesh with my boyfriend and he fingered me. But no blood, then randomly at work I felt something come out and it was a huge amount of blood! Please someone tell me it was just a bit of last blood! I was hoping to go swimming tomorrow but can't if imma still be bleeding :(
