Diaper?

I just had my baby girl 5 days ago, I went to change her diaper, she pooped & peed, & I wiped her & there was tiny things of blood coming from her butt, on her butt cheeks. 😔😔 did I do something wrong? Idk why she has that, i clean her regularly & change her diaper a lot. 😔😔 help please

When it's a bad diaper rash, it will start to bleed. Stop using whichever diaper wipes you are using and get Water Wipes brand or start using cloth washcloths and just plain water..these don't cause irritation on their skin. Even pampers sensitive wipes and Honest Co wipes have lots of unnecessary chemicals/ingredients.

And start using a diaper rash cream, I recommend Triple Paste at every diaper change. After the rash clears up, use a little bit of Aquaphor on the skin before putting on diapers at least once a day to prevent this in the future. And be gentle right now, bc it's bleeding..she's probably in pain.
