Am I in the wrong here?? Baby or vacation?

So I have two teenagers from a previous marriage, my husband has no children and really wants one. We had a miscarriage in January 2015. We've been trying on and off since then.  We just brought up the subject again about trying.  We just booked a cruise for next June 2017 with my whole family to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary.  I'm torn on what to do bc if I get pregnant right now I won't be able to go on the cruise.   One bc I'm high risk but I'll be past 20 weeks (the ships break off point for pregnant ladies). Next yr I turn 40 and my husband 45 so time is ticking.  Idk what to do.please help and comment any thoughts.

Book the vacation but buy cancellation insurance. If you get pregnant well 👍 if not or it's still early you can enjoy the cruise.  I went to Costa Rica when I was 12 weeks along.

If you've already booked the vacation I would wait to try to conceive. It's only a few months, plus you have no idea how long it'll take to get pregnant. I don't think you're wrong in wanting to wait.

Which would you like more next June? A baby or a vacation?

Personally if time is ticking I would chose baby. You can always take another cruise but won't always have the opportunity to conceive.
