Exes pics

So I found a folder of my boyfriends exes pics on his computer. I'm not mad about it at all. He never gets on his computer and forgot that it was there. He told me to just delete it but I feel bad deleting it without asking her if she wants the pictures. She has a little girl and a lot of the pics are of her. Mom to mom I feel like I owe her at least the question "do you want these pics?" But then I think well it's been almost 3 years and she never asked for them so maybe she doesn't want them. Should I just let it go or at least offer them to her? I know where she works so I could just put them on a USB drive, hand it to her, tell her what's on it, and leave.
