Mr.Reality

I'll have a house full of kids some day,

I used to always say,

Until Mr.Reality came knocking at my door,

Clueless I was,

as to what he came here for,

With a big grin , he let himself in.

He said ' let's sit down,

I'll be but a minute",

As he begun to speak,

I soon wished he would finished

He said with PCOS you've been diagnosed,

But I can assure you,

What will hurt the most,

Is year after year

You'll try and try,

But all to no avail,

Then you'll begin to cry ,

You'll soon loose faith in the man up above,

Because of this all,

How can you believe in his love?

You'll spend many nights pacing the floor,

Feeling like it's so much easier to walk thru the door..

Give up on your marriage,

Move on with your life,

Because it's now filled with pain and strife.

So many questions,

What should you say..

Why don't those people get on with their day?

Missed cycles, strange symptoms too,

Weight gain and negativity,

See , can you see,

How it's now taken a toll?

People that used to come by,

Don't show anymore,

Afraid that at any given moment,

You'll start to cry.

Right there and then, I begged him to stop,

He looked me in the eye and said.."for what?"

And asked..." May I continue?"

At this point you've begun giving up,

Because six years is really rough,

But what you can't see is,

Behind that dark cloud,

Is a beautiful momma oh so proud..

That she never truly gave up.

With her bundles of joy,

A little girl and boy...

Just when she thought it'd never happen,

God taught her a lesson..

After 6 long years, It was always meant to be.

Right there and then....I stopped and said..."Mr.Reality, can this truly be?"

With a spark in his eyes,

Before saying goodbye..

He said "just hold on a little bit longer and you'll see"
