I logged the other day and in the 'insights' it said having sex everyday during your fertile window will improve your chances. The next day I logged sex and it then said having sex every other day is best to give the sperm time to mature?! Make up your mind glow

I read the article that is cited in one of them at least. It said that they hypothesized that having sex everyday would decrease likelihood to get pregnant, but when they tested it they actually found that it increased likelihood of conception. I did read an article that found that it decreased your likelihood of conception but that was only in couples with male fertility deficits of some sort. So from this it sounds like you should BD as much as possible unless your partner has infertility concerns.

Haha I noticed that too. I had sex two days in a row then every other day a few days before and through ovualtion and got pregnant if that helps.
