How to tell your parents you're seeing someone?

So, here's the thing, I've being seeing this guy for awhile, and I think I want to make it official.

I'm the youngest child, so my mom freaks out over alot of the things I do. Because of this, I've never told her about my past boyfriends (though I wouldn't call them that lol), now I really want to tell her. As I said before, she gets upset over me growing up and stuff, so how can I tell her about him? I don't want to be to straightforward though.
