am I pregnant

I'm 18, Afrer my last period my boobs started growing and they're sore and the arola is like a reddish maybe brownish color and my nipples are brown and burn some times could their be any reason for this besides pregnancy... I took a test and it was negative but it could just be to early... I really need some one to get back to me on this please&thankyou
