How much longer??

So... this is my 5th child... my first was induced at 42 weeks, 2nd induced at 40 weeks, 3rd induced at 39 weeks, 4th induced at 39 weeks... I am 39 weeks today... I am at -3 station, 1cm dilated, and 30% effaced... I REALLY need this kid to come out naturally in the next week... anyone have any experience in this?? Any chance it can or will happen?? :( thanks for your expertise!!
