7 DPO and Spotting??!

I just went to the bathroom and noticed light pink/red spotting. It was only when I wiped. I'm curious if this could possibly be implantation bleeding? I've only been pregnant one other time and never noticed it. I'm 7 DPO and supposed to get AF in 5-6 days!

I had implantation bleeding on DPO 7,8,11,12 . Looked like yours. Only saw blood on toilet paper when wiped.
