Headache

Woke up this morning with severe head/neck pain. So bad I vomited from it. I also hit 13 wks today. Tylenol is not helping, in fact i think its making it worse. My appetite hasnt increased & has seemed like its decreased. I eat when hungry but its not a lot. I'm not dehydrated because i drink about 6 8oz or more a day. I'm thinking i need an adjustment from the chiropractor. Any advice on what else it could be.

Day 5 of constant headache. Saw chiropractor monday for an adjustment. Helped a bit but not long enough. A little over 12 hrs later the headache is back in full force. Should I contact my dr about it? Tylenol is not helping not even dulling the pain. Heating pad helps but has to be constant heat no chance for stopping (hot baths don't help).
