SUPER TMI but POSSIBLE PRETERM LABOR?!

Question

I'm 29+6 days today & ive had a really bad head cold for 2 days, so some mucous has, unfortunately, been swallowed.

Now I suddenly have diarrhea & am so terrified that I'll go into labor soon since I haven't had that this whole time.

Little to no Braxton Hicks & VERY dull lower back pain, but no different from normal.

I just can't tell if it's me being sick causing this, the apple juice & fish I ate, or if I need to really be concerned.

Anyone else got the poops early in their 3rd trimester?

I've had the poops for most of my pregnancy. I wouldn't worry too much, but you can call your doctor. Stay hydrated!

I would just make sure you stay hydrated. Diarrhea isnt a good indication of labor. I have it on and off, alternating with constipation
