rainbow baby? ttc for a long time

I had a miscarriage in September after conceiving on clomid,  i had a bleed then my levels continued to rise i then had another bleed 15 days later and drs confirmed miscarriage, i took these today a month after mc as felt weird is this my rainbow baby? Been ttc 6 years, i don't usually ovulate on my own (pcos) hence the clomid, is it possible to start ovulating after a mc? Any advice would be great im so nervous
