Does this ever end?

My baby is 1 month today and just cries from noon to 10 pm. She takes short 30 min to 1 HR naps every once in awhile, but besides that she's just screaming. Doesn't matter what I do. She has reflux so we thought it was that but so far she's the same, just minus the reflux symptoms. Any advice? Or experiences?

Yes, it does eventually end, even though it seems like forever right now. Do you use the doctor browns bottles? Those were a miracle for us. I tried not to get them because they are expensive, but it's like night and day for us. The gripe water also seems to be helping.

I know right now it seems like a never ending nightmare. But it will get better.

Have you tried babywearing? I swear by it! My little guy cries if he's awake and not eating, but babywearing calms him down so quickly and then I can still go about my business :)

I had this problem with my baby boy. He's 4 weeks old and would cry and be unsettled from about 18.00-midnight. Have you tried colic drops? They take a few weeks to build up in system. He now is really settled. At around 19.00 we bath him in deep water covering the stomach as it's meant to help trapped wind and read him a story in the rocking chair and then we keep the lights dimmed and noise down lower and he's been great.

It could still be the reflux. The acid could still be burning her without the spit up. My daughter has bad reflux And she cries after every feeding for 30 min to 1 hour and will cry the entire time if laid flat at Any point in the day.

Are you breastfeeding? Consider removing dairy from your diet. 
Gripe water and mylicon work wonders for gas pain. 
Keep baby upright for at least 30 minutes after feeds to decrease reflux pain. 
Baby wear!!!!!!! Baby wear! Baby wear!
Try skin to skin during these times or bath time.

My little one is the same way. She will have an ok day, next day bad day, ok day, bad day etc. on her bad days she starts fussing right around noon, will only take 30min naps here and there, and just cries and whines the rest of the day.. Around 6 she begins her screaming til around 9/10. On her ok days she takes long naps, isn't awake often and then around 6 she starts her fussing but usually doesn't last as long. I have tried gripe water, and Gerber soothe drops and nothing really works... was going to order colic calm but really not hopeful that I'll see an improvement :( just letting you know you aren't alone!

Maybe baby has colic. I've heard babies with colic cry on stop.. you should try gripe water. My baby is fussy when he has gas on his stomach or the hiccups, and a dose of gripe water fixes that within 15 secs. I'm suggesting it because some gripe waters say that it works for colic. Good luck mom, hope baby feels better and you get a little peace from crying.
