It takes a bit of time for pineapple to change the way u actually taste "down there"...and u have to eat it consistently everyday...pre slice fresh pineapple and have it ready to go in containers or zip locks...it truly works...it took 2 weeks to nitce a difference for me, I had it 2x Per day, just a cup full.
