Breadtfeeding and alcohol
So im breastfeeding, and next weekend is me and my hubbys 4 year wedding anniversary and my mother is watching the baby and we are going to a nice dinner and id like to have a glass of wine with him, what should i do to be able to do that and not have any alcohol get to the baby? Do i need to pump and dump or how does that work?
