EBF how often and 💩 help
Hi May mommies! Just when I thought I had my little guy (almost 5 mo) figured out here comes a curb ball... Okay questions for those that EBF:
-EBF mommas how often does your LO nurse and how long? (Mine is the worst during the day but I get him to eat good at night during dream feeds)
-💩: What is the consistency of your LO's dirty diaper? My LO is super watery (with some fat beads/circles in it) when he's going and he goes HAM when he does typically twice during the early mornings and maybe once in the afternoon.
I cut out dairy when he was 1 month along with mostly everything imaginable that could possibly cause him a bad tummy (broccoli, cabbage, squash, BBQ, beans, quinoa, the list goes on....)
I would contact the local LLL but I tried to do that once to the number provided and I didn't feel very welcomed per se from the LLL local leader... 😔 andddd no one in my family has BF this long....
