something is wrong

Okay I don't know why this always happens to me whenever my period ends, but since the beginning of the last year, I once got this really bad irritation after my period ended, and whenever I shower and clean my vagina real good to take all of the gross stuff, my vagina starts to burn like a lot and it hurts, and this always happens when my period ends, does anybody know why this always happens to me now 😣😣
