Another race dressed in another race traditional attire.... Why is that disrespectful? I mean yes if they are trashing it or whatever yeah, but it they are doing it to see what it's like to have to wear the attire and see things from that cultures pov then what's the harm? Geeze can people please stop making everything into something!

Ahh.. I would say yes, I would hate to see someone of another race in a costume of my race . It's kinda disrespectful in a way .. but I don't think her intentions were to come off negative.
