Pregnant!

So it's official I'm around 4/5 weeks pregnant. I'm 21 and still studying, my partner is 27 and was set it go to Australia In January to work and travel. It's a massive shock to both of us as we haven't been together for that long and either one of us are ready. He is dead set on me having a abortion whilst I'm just going through so many emotions, weighing up all my options and all I want to know is if she/he will look like me. I know I've got a few weeks to decide but he wants it done like now. He doesn't understand that I also need time to process things but at the same time I don't want to go against him as he will feel forced to be in the babies life and it's not my intention to trap him. I just don't know if I can go through a abortion
