how early can you test positive with twins?

I'm only 4  dpo on ovulation day cramped on both sides. I'm just excited to test

Cramping both sides doesn't mean much I'm afraid... you can take a test a few days before your period (or pref the day it would be due) then have to wait until your first ultrasound whenever that is where you are (it's 12 weeks in the U.K. but know it's earlier on USA) x

6-12 dpo to implant then 2-3 days for the hcg to build up. Plus cramping on both sides doesn't mean automatically twins.

It can be anywhere from 6-12 weeks in the US it just depends on the doctors office mine was at 9 weeks,and you have more of a chance for one baby then you do twins or multiples but i wish you luck
