IN PAIN!! PLEASE HELP

Okay so the last 2 days now I've had a lot of shooting pain that happens most in my vagina. I know it's tmi but it's so painful and I'm not sure if it's because I'm constipated which resulted in a hemorrhoid. I'm 10 weeks and 2 days today, not sure if it's something to talk to my doctor about or not. Just want to know if anyone has had the same thing and if there's anything I can do to help ease it?
