What to know before 1 hour glucose test?

I have it tomorrow and I'm nervous to say the least. FTM so of course first time going through it, anything I should know?

Use a straw and I suggest the orange flavor if they have it - easier for me to stomach because it tasted a lot like Fanta. Just chug it as fast as possible.

Take a snack to have in the car when you leave. And bring water. I've seen some people say they weren't allowed water but mine even refilled my water for me right after my test.

And bring a straw! Not sure why but I found it much easier to drink when the nurse ran and grabbed me a straw! It wasn't the best in the world but definitely wasn't as gross as everyone says. Just super sweet. Like made my tongue tingle when I drank it. Got it down in 4 min flat. Just stay relaxed during and after and you'll be fine!

Drink water and pack a few snacks to eat after you're done. I packed a couple bananas. I didn't eat before but drank a ton of water. I passed with an 89.
