Baby Acne or Craddle Cap? Or both??

I thought my almost 6 week old just had baby acne on her face but then it has spread to the back of her head, ears, and neck. Is this just a bad case of baby acne or is it craddle cap (sebbhoreic (sp?) dermatitis)? It's really getting bad and I've just been using a warm washcloth twice a day... it's not helping! Only getting worse. Advice?

I was told it's normal and will clear on it own. Make sure you're not wearing anything that can rub onto baby causing a reaction but I've been told it's babies skin reacting to the outside world. I wipe my little guys face every day with gentle fragrance free wipes and use coconut oil for any dry skin and it's clearing up.

If you breastfeed put some of that on the affected areas should clear it right up the more you apply it

That looks like my daughters face a couple weeka after she was born... I'd take the baby to the doctor they will be able to give you something for it like a cream...it might jst be eczema i had to buy baby aveno for my daughter for a couple of months... good luck hop all is well ❤
