Should schools/parents teach sex ed?
Should schools/parents teach sex ed? Why or why not? If yes, which one and at what age?
I say yes. I see so many women/girls on here that have absolutely no idea what's going on with their bodies or babies or how they even get pregnant. I had a shitty sex ed experience in fifth grade that was confusing. The nurse came in and talked about deodorant and bananas and it was really confusing. Then, I had one again in 7th or 8th grade at a different school. Then in my senior year of high school, I took one semester of child development. My teacher was straightforward, informative, and I'm so happy I took it. I wish it had been like that from the beginning and I wish they had it for younger kids. After taking that class, I wish they made it a required class for kids in 7th grade.
