spotting during 1st trimester

Yesterday when I went to the restroom I notice a small amount of pinkish color blood on tp. I saw the same color and amount again last night. This morning when I went to the restroom I see the same pinkish color blood and another time this afternoon. Has anyone else experience this in their first trimester? I'm a little worried. Also, I had my hcg levels check on 10/20 which were 399 and again on 10/24 and levels were 2092. When the nurse called me with my levels on yesterday I mention the bleeding to her. She told me if the amount of blood increase to contact their asap. I do have a sonogram schedule for Friday.
