Heart palpitations and woozy. 🔥Pregnancy symptom?

I'm only 7 dpo but today I've had heart palpitations and had this feeling that I could feel the blood throbbing through my veins. Could this be a sign of pregnancy? Anyone else experience this?

I had them when I was further Along and my ob said it's from my body having to circulate more blood.. I only had them once in a while though.. keep hydrated ..😊

I've never beard that as a pregnancy symptom. I'd see a doctor if I were you.
