sea sick

Hey ladies. So this year for Christmas i am going to Rottnest Island with my boyfriend and his family. They have a boat so we are just going to go in their boat and its about a 25 minute boat ride to get there. I get sea sick so i'm nervous that i'll get sick. What can i take to stop me being or feeling sick on the boat ride??
