1cm dilated and 36 weeks & 5 days

I think I might be one of the few on here who DOESNT want to have my baby come early. I have a schedueled c section set for 11/11(39 weeks) and I am praying to make it too that time. Went to my apt today and I'm only 1cm and 10% thinned but baby's head is sitting really low on my pelvis. This is my second child and second c section within 18m so it is occurring for medical reasons. However I see everyone posting about speeding things up and being done..I'm extremely uncomfortable and carrying all the weight in my belly..have a vaginal cyst the size of a golf ball, hemorrhoids, sciatica, and carpal tunnel..but I want that baby to bake as long as she can in lieu of me being relieved with my physical discomfort..anyone else trying to keep that baby baking?
