Help with opinions advice

This is has been a long process for me. My fiancé and I have been trying for a year and a half. I'm 19 and he is 20. Anyways, I'm not sure if it is in my head or maybe it isn't relate but I have felt off this past few days. Cold like symptoms, such as a stuffy nose and a head ache. I am 2 days late. I also feel extremely exhausted all of a sudden and like I can smell every little thing. Help.
