am I pregnant?

So last Thursday and Friday I had watery pink blood when I wiped, since then if I'm not nauseous I'm being sick in the morning. I look like a teenager because I've broken out in spots which I don't usually get. I have cramps not agony just uncomfortable. I'm exhausted constantly. My period was due on the Friday that I had the watery blood. Every test is negative. I have pcos so wishing I'm pregnant is an understatement haha
