spot bleeding (tmi)

I am 14 weeks and 1 day today with my second pregnancy, my husband and I had intercourse last night, fell asleep, and now it's 4 in the morning and I went to the restroom and when I wiped there was just one dime sized (a little smaller) clot of blood. I've looked online and what it seems to say is to drink more water....however, I'm now paranoid, scared, and can't sleep....
