high progesterone levels

Does anyone suffer with high progesterone levels? I've googled it lots as I'm experiencing a lot of pregnancy symptoms this month and last month (from ov to period) and it's getting my hopes up. Is it a good thing? I believe it is as it helps with implantation, apparently a good percentage of us conceive but don't implant so this hormone helps, but mine are so high it stops me functioning properly! Anyone else get this?
