Relationship Advice: Parents

My parents are EXTREMELY strict. I have a boyfriend thats coming over tomorrow and they wont even let him and I sit together. He and I have talked about it but its really embarrassing and all I want to do is hold his hand, and kiss him. Obviously, I cant do that either. It honestly puts me into tears because its so stupid. WE CANT SIT TOGETHER. SIMPLY BESIDE EACH OTHER.
