How early can you get pregnancy symptoms?

I had sex for the first time a week and a half ago. I'd been on bc 6 days, we didn't use other protection but he pulled out and it went all over us instead. Since then, I've been peeing way more, feeling stomach sick, heachaes, bleeding and spotting, very tired, dizzy, blocked nose all the time and sore boobs. Is all of this possibly just my body adjusting to the pill? Or should I be more worried?
