ladies help! 34 weeks!

I fell today at 34 weeks hard on my ass I was trying to rush inside because it was raining hard and twisted my ankle and fell completely on my ass from just one step. I've always had hip pain this pregnancy (having a girl) and now my damn vagina hurts since falling and omg my hips are worse. I've done kick counts all evening my baby is doing great she's kicking up a storm and I'm not bleeding nor leaking fluids but should I be worried and go to the ER?
