can I count kicks at any time of the day?

So I know you're supposed to count kicks daily. I was just wondering though can you count them at any time of the day? My baby seems to be active at al times really. Or am I meant to count when he's kind of most active. X

Might sound terrible but I don't stress if he doesn't kick a certain amount of times through my day. My midwife has never told me to count his kicks but I know his pattern pretty well and if one day we are off I drink some cold water and he starts moving instantly. But for the most part he's so active😍

My doctor told me to pick anytime, when baby is usually most active. But the time I choose to do it is up to me. For awhile I was doing it in the evening after dinner, but I've started doing it early in the morning right when I wake up for work because she's crazy active then.

You arent supposed to count kicks at all. Follow kicks count..theyre a stillbirth charity and have brill advice. You know.your babys normal pattern so you go by that
