TTC-Advice Please!!!!!!

I need advice regarding ovulation..... So I have mild cramping as well as my left ovary feeling swollen.(that's just what happens when I ovulate)...My bf and I had intercourse and he released inside of me. Almost immediately I started cramping a little bit more than usual and when I woke up this morning I noticed more semen coming out of me even though I showered right after. I'm also experiencing soooo much cramping... IS THAT NORMAL?
