need help!

I had went to the hospital yesterday, && had told them that I didn't feel to well .. that I feel weak &&, that my back it hurting a lot more than usual. So I told them I'm 6 days late on my period now they do a pregnancy test on me, it came out negative? Now I had gotten my period on step 25, &&, as suppose to get it. On the 23 of this month! Can it mean I'm pregnant?? But is too soon to find out ?
