dream or real?!

I'm currently pregnant and have been having very vivid dreams. Last night I had a "dream" I went down on my husband. Woke up this morning. Played on my phone. It wasn't until I go into the bathroom I noticed my throat kills! Feels bruised. Still the same feeling this afternoon. I doubt I'm sick I had one heck of a cold a couple weeks ago. But it's still bugging me. Was it real and that rough or did I dream it and my throat hurting is ironic. 😂
