any pimple remedies....

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and my baby shower is on Sunday. Today is Friday, so I have 2 days. Well unfortunately 2 days ago I started breaking out really bad, on the back of my neck and all on the upper part of my back, from shoulder to shoulder, some are even on my shoulders. I wasn't worried too much because on my back isn't noticeable, but I woke up today and I have some on my chin and now the front of my neck as well 😞  I was doing rubbing alcohol for the ones on my back but it didn't help, so does anyone have any other suggestions that work fast 😭
