Leap 4 and super sleepy baby!

I don't know if he just hit his growth spurt or what but my goodness my baby is sleepy! He has hasn't taken a nap longer than 30 mins this week and today he has done almost nothing but sleep and fuss! I can barley keep him awake during feedings and he's to tired for his play mat and sleeping for at least 2-3 hours per nap. How are other babies handling this growth spurt?
