Can you honestly lose weight just by eating healthier?
I need to lose about 10 pounds. I'm not really over weight but I'm "flabby". Haha. I have a lot of extra weight/fat on my thighs, butt and mainly belly area.
I'm starting to eat healthier and it's a pretty strict diet but I feel as if I need to do some exercising to get rid of the flabbyness, if that's even a word haha. But the problem is I work 12 hour over nights so I'm completely exhausted all day, everyday and couldn't ever push myself to exercise...
