Embarrassing problem!

I am 37 wks and normally have problems with constipation. On Wed I went to the bathroom and it was like I had an insta-hemorroid! I ignored it and figure it would go away if I took a warm bath with Epsom salt. I got up this morning a found a little blood and puss (sorry don't know how to spell that) in my undies. I thought surly it's not infected to changed and put a liner on. The next time I used the restroom the evidence was there. What do I do, how do I get rid of this. I'm pretty sure it's infected.
