supply for twins
My babies were born early and get neosure in their bottles 4 times a day they are also on vitamin d iron and Prevacid. Therefore I ad these to bottles during the day and nurse at night. I pump every 3 hours during the day and 10 minutes after breast feeding at night. I make just enough and I'm wondering how to increase my supply when I go back to work.
