spotting after period & sickness?

So my period was Sat.-Thurs. Friday I woke up puking (sorry if tmi) and puked 5 times since 6 am. I had my husband take me to the hospital where I was given medicine and fluids because I was very dehydrated. I got better this weekend and just now when I wiped there was some brown spotting.
