Sickle Cell Aniema babies

I have a beautiful baby girl named Cassidy that turns 1 next Saturday. She has full blown sickle cell Aniema disease. My fiance and i have been trying since 2013 to conceive once he changed smoking and drinking she came. However we are trying to conceive again. The baby will have a 50/50 chance of just the trait 25% normal blood cells and 25% full blown as our little girl. Some people may look at us and judge us for having another baby knowing the gamble we would be taking, however I give my daughter her meds every day. I simply wish more people were aware of the seriousness. She has been in the hospital 5 times longest stay 3 days, she will one day need a blood transfusions the doctors just cant say when or what will bring it on. If anyone else is out there dealing with a child with sickle cell you are not alone.
